So what does one need from a report?

Non overcomplication, obviously. That's why here at Yoman we made sure to make your reports and sleek and simple as possible.

What do you need from a report?

We believe there isn't much to useful reports. Especially for small businesses. You don't need all the bells and whistles.

You just need to know:

  1. Who are the customers
  2. What was the activity related to them
  3. Filter results by customer name/dates/etc.

So how could you do it?

Just click on "More..." and then click Export Sheet. Click "Export HTML" and you have your report with everything inside!

How to filter

To filter a report, simple click on "Search" before making the report. You can search by any of the fields in the spreadsheet, and filter by the number of days since you've touched that contact.
